The purposes of this study were to study the level of patient satisfaction of nursing service at Emergency Room and analyze the relationships between personal factors (age, sex, and experience) and patient satisfaction of nursing service. There were 300 patients from Police General Hospital answered a questionnaire of Patient Satisfaction of Nursing Service (PSNS). The PSNS was tested for content validity and reliability with the alpha of .89. Mean, Standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were used to analyze study data. The finding is expected to be complete in June 2005.
