This study investigated the attitude of the 212 staff nurses of all operating rooms in Ramathibodi Hospital on the perioperative nursing records and the completeness of the 100 records. Data was gathered in May 2002 after having the pilot study for 4 months. The result was found that the pattern of the record was justified as good by the largest portion of the sample about 66.87% and 51.79 % of the samples accepted the record suitable to be used. No any records can be completed. The staff nurses concerned about the infectious control at the first rank in average of 86.50% and the last item concerning the anxiety of the patients was only 57%.
