In the clinical setting the proof of the model is evident. A site previously unused is opened for student use. A variety of students are brought into the setting. Staff is energized with the interaction and teach with a new perspective on the students needs for clinical experience. Staff are rewarded for their involvement with students. Students are recognized for their cutting edge advances they bring to the unit. The process has proved invigorating to faculty, administration, students and staff.
