While nurses represent the largest segment of the health care community, and the one closest to the patients, our research shows that nurses are quoted in only 3 percent of all health care stories. To counter that trend, many nurses are stepping into the spotlight in order for their voices to be heard. This session, presented by nurse and former journalist, Barbara Bronson Gray, RN, MN, will prepare nurses at all levels to initiate and react to media opportunities. Join us to learn about specific interview how-to's, the journalist mentality and much more.
