[Leadership Session Presentation] One goal of Vision 2020 is related to the development of leadership resources. STTI members already possess leadership characteristics that can be further developed and refined via participation in the Board Leadership Development (BLD) program.  Unique to this leadership experience is individual participant mentorship by an active, national or international board member.  Preparatory and ongoing educational offerings that are an integral part of the BLD program will be addressed, as well as, the various approaches to serving as a board member encountered during the mentoring relationships. Knowledge learned and experiences gained through the BLD will be discussed and the program application process will be detailed.
