The purpose of this research is the study of career ladder of clinical nurses, Tertiary hospital by using Ethnographic Delphi Future Research Technique (EDFR). The 20 experts are clinical nurse, committee member of Nursing Organization Education Nursing Council Thailand, Administration nurses and clinical nurses. The EDFR consisted of 3 steps. Step1: All expert are asked for describing core competencies and career ladder of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals. Step 2: study data are analyzed by using content analysis and then developed a questionnaire. All items in the questionnaire are ranked competencies' level by previous experts. Step 3 those items are analyzed by using mean and Interquatile range and then developed a new questionnaire sent to experts again for items' ranking confirmation. Those items are analyzed by using mean and Interquatile range and then summarized the overall of core competencies and career ladder of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals. The final finding will be completed in July.
