21st INRC [Evidence-Based Practice Symposium Presentation] Describe the infrastructure necessary to create an innovative curriculum designed to prepare an Evidence-Based DNP clinical expert. Discuss the challenges of the future of healthcare and how the Evidence-Based DNP clinical expert will be prepared to engage these challenges. This session will present what is required to fully integrate Evidence-Based practice and innovation into the curriculum for Evidence-Based DNP clinical expert. The need for a transition from a focus of learning for simply academic endeavors to life-long engagement in learning will be discussed. The session will culminate in a discussion of the role of the Evidence-Based DNP clinical expert in providing innovative solutions for overcoming challenges that are on the horizon for healthcare.
