The surprising challenges encountered on the road to implementation and the necessity of system infrastructures to remove the barriers such as partnership councils will be shared. The importance of understanding the functionality of the technology used to assure successful outcomes and the ability to deliver content and update the content will be discussed. The impact of the foundation processes, and structures needed to sustain evidence-based practice and the financial ramifications related to actual clinical outcomes will be shared.
