[Evidence-based Practice Session Presentation] Forensic nursing staff plays an important character as a witness in the court through the evidence collection, preservation, analysis and the death investigation process. The main purpose of this study was to explore the effect in the clinical staff by the intervention program of forensic science health care. The sampling was taking in a local hospital within Jhongli City in Taiwan. The total 18- hour of intervention program with workshops in forensic science health care were provided to all medical caring related members. In addition, the cognition and the attitude questionnaire survey will also provide to explore the consistency and difference from clinical staff's viewpoint in the concept of forensic science health care. The findings will be regarded as the reference for the institutions while building a network model of intervention program of forensic science health care in the further.
