The results of a survey designed to seek the perceptions and wisdom of clinicians around what they believe matters most in the delivery of their professional care and the cultures in which they practice were shared at the session.  The survey has evolved over the last 20 years with thousands of staff providing feedback.  The patterns and lessons learned in the results of 500 participants representing diverse clinical settings in both the United States and Canada were the focus of the session.  A comparison of what the participants say they believe and what they live everyday in practice was reviewed.  The interventions designed to close the gap and create the desired outcomes were explored.
