[22nd International Nursing Research Congress - Research Presentation] Purpose: This study explored knowledge and attitude of daily supplement or vitamin B complex usage for female undergraduate nursing students and those compared with non-nursing students. Methods:  
 We used cross-sectional study design, and 300 students whose ages from 18 to 22 were recruited from a university of science and technology in southern Taiwan. Results:  Results indicated that one third of providers use the daily supplements or vitamin B complex other for any of reasons. The reasons for using vitamin B complex or other daily supplements are for improving their looks, stabilize nerve, refreshing and losing weight. Conclusion:  The results can be the references for health education of the youngest in the future.
