Methods: Understanding technology and what nurses can provide develops a rich set of resources for patient care delivery. Results: We can develop roles that add value and support direct patient care. Conclusion: This presentation will address how to actively engage, involve and mentor these nurses into a nursing informatics role as you build an informatics team.
