Abstract presented at AORN's 58th Annual Congress: This presentation will review the planning and execution of the separation of ischiopeagus conjoined twins. Emphasis will be placed on the extensive planning and preparation with focus on the surgical, anesthetic, and nursing considerations for this 24 hour operation. Detailed presentation and analysis of the procedure will be reviewed.
