Abstract presented at AORN's 58th Annual Congress: "Motivation" is a word of wonder. All of us want it. Few of us understand it. This presentation will help us all understand motivation! It will talk about what motivation is and what it isn't. This session will explore how we can motivate ourselves, and if we can motivate others. If we can't motivate others, it will talk about what we can do instead. Please come, and "light your fire within!"
