Title:
The Spirit Whisperers Among Us
Author(s):
Mast, Sharon
Author Details:
Sharon Mast, MS, RN, CNOR, Reading Hospital & Med Center, Reading, Pennsylvania, USA
Abstract:
Abstract presented at AORN's 58th Annual Congress: This fun, interactive, and motivational session will explore the spirit whisperer in all of us. Spirit whisperers show the way and give hope for the future. They help lift our eyes, hearts, and our spirits, and engage us in real connections. Participants will leave this session with strength-based and restorative language tools to enhance communications both at work and at home. Give others what they -- and you -- really need, caring connections that inspire and awaken the spirit. This presentation infuses humor, heart, and thoughtfulness to build a sense of belonging, hope, and mastery.
