[NLN Education Summit Paper Presentation] This presentation shares strategies for integrating simulation into nursing faculty education and role preparation. Ideas for moving beyond the technical use of clinical simulation mannequins are presented as faculty use the simulator as a student and recreate typical encounters in nursing education. The presentation concludes with suggestions for integrating simulation into faculty role development.
