[NLN Education Summit Paper Presentation] The NLN/Johnson & Johnson Faculty Leadership and Mentoring program develops and supports early and mid-career emerging nurse educator leaders. ProtTgT/mentor dyads work together on an individual leadership project. In this presentation, the five dyads from the 2008-2009 program cohort discuss their personal mentoring experiences with a focus on the outcomes achieved as a result of the partnership.
