[NLN Education Summit Poster Presentation] This poster illustrates the lived experience of nursing students serving with medical missionaries in Swaziland. Transcultural assessment techniques were applied by students following the Giger-Davidhizer model. The national translators for the mobile medical bush clinics and the hospital staff provided valuable information regarding the culture that students then processed for their growth and learning.
