[NLN Education Summit Poster Presentation] Both nursing schools and health care institutions are responsible for the education of nurses. There are challenges and difficulties faced by faculty and staff educators. The identification of these issues resulted in the creation of a local nurse educators' organization. This presentation discusses how a nurse educators group was established and the benefits of the organization.
