[NLN Education Summit Paper Presentation] The looming shortage of qualified nursing faculty and the availability of new educational technologies have stimulated innovations in the delivery of graduate nursing education. The purpose of this longitudinal study was to explore how students and graduates of an online MSN program with a concentration in nursing education perceive the quality of their educational preparation for the nurse educator role based on the NLN Core Competencies.
