[NLN Education Summit Poster Presentation] The School of Nursing at WKU implemented a group interview process in fall 2008 as part of the selection criteria for admission. Students seeking admission in fall 2008 and spring 2009 participated in group interviews conducted and scored by a panel of faculty and community nursing leaders. This qualitative study assessed the perceptions of the interviewers and interviewees in order to improve the process in the future.
