[NLN Education Summit Poster Presentation] The study investigates work-related stressors and coping strategies among new BSN and RN-to-BSN graduates. It identifies demographic correlates for participantsÆ intention to quit their current nursing jobs. The study provides insights on strategies on empowering beginning RN staff and informing school of nursing curriculum reconstruction.
