[NLN Education Summit Paper Presentation] This project addresses the Central Texas Region's ability to improve effectiveness and efficiency in educating nursing students through simulation in order to increase the capacity of its nursing schools. Goals and objectives include: a) assessing and meeting the simulation training needs of nursing faculty; b) creating, implementing, and evaluating model interprofessional clinical scenarios based on the IOM competencies; and c) creating a database to maintain the scenarios.
