Analysis of 71 Hispanic nurses' online surveys revealed findings not found in the literature, including: few Hispanic mentors; an average amount of mentoring activities; and significantly different amounts of friendship, politics, support, and trust mentoring activities according to level of nursing practice. Findings suggest deeper analysis of mentoring programs and outcomes to support Hispanic RNs.
