[NLN Education Summit Poster Presentation] After trending data showed a decline in studentsÆ NCLEX pass rate from 96 percent in 2003 to 79 percent in 2008, faculty at Austin Peay State University searched the literature for research and best practices. This presentation describes a model showing educators how to conduct trending data analysis, develop a strategic action plan, identify barriers to implementation, and identify quality improvement outcomes.
