[NLN Education Summit Paper Presentation] This unique workshop explores negative faculty dynamics and how these dynamics can compromise the learning environment for both faculty and students. The top 10 reasons for negative faculty dynamics are explored and innovative and effective ways to restructure the dynamics for positive outcomes are offered.
