[NLN Education Summit Paper Presentation] This symposium consists of the following presentations: disruptive innovation as a model to guide curricular change; a regional model to increase the number of baccalaureate prepared nurses; and a transdisciplinary clinical immersion with nursing, medicine, public health, and social work. Disruptive innovation provided a model to guide change in content and process to create innovative models of nursing and transdisciplinary education.
