[NLN Education Summit Paper Presentation] A multi-state, online prelicensure RN program seeks to reduce barriers to nursing education through an online, academic program coupled with a clinical intensive model using staff nurses as clinical coaches. An overview of the academic model, the clinical model, program evaluation results for the first year of implementation in two states, and a synopsis of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's experience as a clinical partner are presented.
