[NLN Education Summit Poster Presentation] Based on original research conducted with nurse managers who identified skills new RNs need to practice, this presentation illustrates (by video) charge nurse simulations conducted and evaluated in a senior level leadership/ management course. Scenarios address IOM competencies and situations students may not encounter during clinical experiences, but will meet in practice.
