Abstract:
Podium Presentation: This session will focus on how an international nursing team collaborated on designing a strategy for building a Magnet infrastructure into a new hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The panel will highlight the opportunities and challenges for nurses working in this region, the benefits of utilizing a Twinning Strategy with a large Academic Medical Center with Magnet statues based in the US, and the importance of incorporating a research strategy into the design.
