Poster Presentation: Organizational structures to support utilization of evidence-based practice will be described including integration of EBP criteria into nursing job descriptions, performance appraisals and clinical ladder advancement criteria. Strategies to increase knowledge and application, including development of an EBP independent study packet augmented by a mentor role and Bridging the Gap for will be explained.
