Abstract:
Podium Presentation: BRIEF DESCRIPTION/ABSTRACT: This presentation will assist organizations to identify the role that the Magnet Champions will play within the new Magnet model. Transformational Leadership, Empowering Structure, Exemplary Practice and Knowledge generation will be explored relative to the role of the Magnet Champion. In defining the model and the role of the Magnet Champion, guidance will be provided in capturing the exemplars that support the outcomes generated. Participants will have the opportunity to relate selected exemplars to the new model as evidence in documenting the journey to nursing excellence and Magnet Recognition (TM).
