Podium Presentation: BRIEF DESCRIPTION/ABSTRACT: This session will explain how the Texas Nurses Association developed the Texas Nurse-Friendly program and the American Nurses Credentialing Center acquired it. The director of the program will describe the purpose statements of the Pathway to Excellence (TM) Program as it moves from a state-based program to a national platform.
