Podium Presentation: BRIEF DESCRIPTION/ABSTRACT: Learn how leaders at Magnet designated facilities gained support from the C-suite to embark on the Magnet Journey. Through a facilitated panel discussion session attendees will learn strategies and tactics which can be utilized to overcome resistance and ensure continued support through leadership changes and budget development. Examples of organizational impact will be shared.
