Mentorship is an integral part of nursing. The benefits and limitations of a student mentorship program between Baccalaureate senior and sophomore nursing students will be explored. Senior nursing students gained knowledge of their role as an expert to sophomore novice students. Both groups found the mentoring program beneficial.
