p>Session presented on: Saturday, November 16, 2013

In this session, the early step of the EBP process; clinical inquiry formulating our PICOT question and gathering and synthesis of evidence related to best practices for teaching EBP will be presented. The exploration of innovative teaching methodologies available in the digital age will be presented. In addition, the challenges of integrating high tech while remaining attentive to the learning needs of the “technology challenged” learner will be discussed. Our lived experience of the change process, including how well we teach people to “manage change” compared to our own struggle with “letting go of sacred cows” will be discussed.
