Session presented on : This symposium will provide the background and other key information on the VA Boston Healthcare System's NERVANA Post Baccalaureate Nurse Residency Program. Recognizing the need for a nurse residency program to ensure successful transition to practice, this presentation will include a discussion regarding academic practice partnerships and the specifics related to curriculum development.
