The INSPIRE program was initiated to facilitate hospital-based nurses' personal and professional growth and provide knowledge, skills, confidence and opportunities to successfully engage in clinical scholarship. INSPIRE is an acronym for Innovations in Nursing Scholarship, Performance Improvement, Research & Evidence-based practice.
