Abstract:

The mindfulness based interventions (MBI) were recommended treatment for patients with medically unexplained physical symptoms (MUPS). Based on 24 studies, we found that MUPS patients achieved the symptoms relief from MBI. However, more studies should be done to identify the most effective delivering method and a number of sessions.
