Abstract:

This presentation describes the internal/external forces that led to the redesign of a traditional DNP program to an accelerated, on-line delivery model while maintaining engaging interactivity. We used two groups of experts, instructional designers with on-line learning methodologies expertise and a diverse group of subject matter experts.
