Abstract:

Excessive time hunting and gathering supplies, and increased time away from patient bedside contributes to staff nurse dissatisfaction. A bedside staff nurse used the Academy of Inquisitive Thinking to create a change project to decrease the medical surgical nurses’ time hunting for supplies.
