Abstract:

The purpose of this presentation is to present the findings of the study examining the cultural competency of nursing faculty of the lesbians, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) population. Full time and part time nursing faculty teaching the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs are surveyed.
