Innovative models based on wisdom leadership help create a workplace where all belong and thrive. Mindful practices from caring science will demonstrate development of presence, attentiveness and awareness which contribute to effective relationships across the organization, sensemaking, personal effectiveness, work satisfaction, and a healthy safe organizational culture.
