Mindfulness and sense making are critical to develop leadership wisdom based on vertical (tools and strategies) and horizontal development (mindset). Mindful leaders grow and develop sense making when confronted with dilemmas and complex situations; old patterns of problem solving and thinking no longer resolve the given competing perspective and polarities
