Abstract:

The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the impact of the Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy (NFLA) on transforming my leadership from entry level to a recognized nurse faculty leader within my organization and the community and to discuss how a research study encouraged communication between faculty and administration.
