Abstract:

Sexual health is an important aspect for patients with heart disease that covered by silence. Nurses often ignore sexual health assessment due to many barriers related to nurses, patients, organizations and value related factors. Identifying and overcoming these barriers may help nurses taking an active role in sexual health assessment.
