Abstract:

Currently two terminal degrees in nursing have been identified by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing: the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). This qualitative descriptive study explored the experiences of DNP to PhD pathway students.
