Abstract:

This educational activity will describe the process by which psychometric testing was completed on the Presence of Nursing Scale - Revised. Includes reliability and validity measures, comparative analysis between four nurse-sensitive items from HCAHPS surveys. Exploratory factor analysis is described and findings for this instrument will be reviewed.
