Abstract:

The development and use of ePortfolios enhanced students’ reflective learning and preparation for professional practice. Its structure and technological aspects supports critical thinking, knowledge and a positive sense of identity. This study generated evidence that the use of ePortfolio’s in baccalaureate nursing education demonstrates best practice for reflective learning.
